Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to products purchased from Greenkneenergy through greenkneenergy.world or via direct inquiry.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving physical goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period for digital products begins upon delivery of access credentials.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at infocenter@greenkneenergy.world before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Physical Products

For physical items such as the 60-Second Habit Deck:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Digital Products

For digital downloads and PDF bundles:

• If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
• Once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, the right of withdrawal may be waived with your prior consent at the time of purchase, as permitted under EU consumer law.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at infocenter@greenkneenergy.world. Once an order has been dispatched, standard return procedures apply.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return unless defective. This will be communicated clearly before purchase confirmation.
